Keeping
track of usage is easy. The

GP405's Departmental ID Management
function allows you to monitor the volume of copies taken by users
in different departments, each of which have their own allocated
password and ID code. To prevent unauthorised usage, copies
can only be made when the correct password is given.
Versatile editing functions allow you to manipulate images in a host of different ways, such as shifting the position of an image to the centre or side of the page. For optimum reproduction, you can adjust the image quality for different types of text and photographic originals. | |

A range of optional finishing units is available for the Canon PageStation GP405, enabling you to group, collate and staple your documents automatically. The GP405's Scan Once, Print Many technology facilitates the production and collation of complete document sets, rather than outputting them page by page.
