Whilst the suit is a little uninspiring, the head sculpt is excellent. I love the grey hairs on the side of his head, showing an ageing Hulk. The pose isn’t half bad either. The Hulk barely appeared in Avengers: Infinity War. The character’s arc took a turn as he was killed by Thanos and then resurrected by Heimdall. After that, the green meanie refused to come out, partly because he was scared to get killed again and partly because he felt underappreciated by Bruce Banner, who only ever wanted him to come out when there was a fight. This is the most classic look for the Hulk – rippling muscles, lime-green skin, and purple shorts. Even his ruffled brow and gritted teeth in this Funko Pop capture the character’s most iconic look from his decades-long history in the comics.

This is a gorgeous Pop scene, capturing the moment where the two beasts are about to connect the ultimate Marvel fist bump with insane force.There are 26 in total. His most recent iterations from the MCU are all present, with the spinoffs such as Red Hulk, Venom, the ‘classics’ and some excellent Movie Moment options. It’s actually quite interesting – Stan Lee didn’t want him be from a specific ethnic group and chose to make the beast grey in colour. However, due to issues with printing, grey colours were difficult to print, with it looking a little green at times – so Lee went with the green colour in the end!

Not only is it a commemorative little figurine of their favorite superhero; it comes bearing the traditional images of yuletide celebrations. The moment when Hulk grabs Loki by the legs and smashes him into the ground over and over again is one of the funniest moments in Avengers Assemble. So it’s only natural that Funko would make a great Pop to celebrate it. Like the armour, the helmet is intricately designed with fantastic moulding and the Roman Centurion plume is exceptional – also it’s something you won’t see on any Pop ever. The over-wieldy engine hammer (thing) has been given the same care and attention to detail too.
